"常规性不是道德。自以为是不是宗教。攻击前者不是抨击后者。"

Simplified Meaning:

Following traditional rules doesn't always mean you're doing the right thing. Just because someone acts morally superior, it doesn't mean they're truly religious or spiritual. Criticizing old ways and customs isn't the same as attacking true moral values or genuine faith. For instance, consider a person who always follows the dress code at their workplace. This person might think that dressing properly makes them a good employee. However, the true measure of being a good employee is working hard and being kind to others, not just following the dress code. Similarly, someone might go to church every Sunday and act very pious, but if they treat others poorly, they aren't truly living out their faith. It's important to understand that being critical of outdated or rigid customs isn't the same as being against genuine goodness or true spirituality. In everyday life, this means we should focus on being genuinely good and kind, rather than just following the rules or appearing to be moral.
